We have been doing some research about an easy way to implement chat for sales and simple support queries. It seems that Discord allows guests to join a server, without the need of an account. Combined with the popularity we decided to launch an official community Discord. Click on the logo below to join our server.
Customer Role
We have now introduced a Verified Customer role on Discord. This allows you to distinguish yourselves as our customer, but also gives you access to the hidden #customers channel. In order to get your role assigned, please follow these steps:
- Copy your Discord username which is usually NAME#1234.
- Log into our portal, go to: My Account > Account Details > Discord Username and fill in your username.
- Click Save Changes and one of our staff will updated your role, there is no need to contact us (we are notified of this automatically).
Note: You must have an active service with us in order to get this role assigned. In-active customers will be removed from the role on a regular procedure.
